What is our annual consumption and what is our production capacity?

Are wheat variants, are they good enough for us.

Annual consumption is about 5 million tonnes and we have never produced up to 500,00 tonnes in any given year.

So how do we want to fill the 4.5m tonnes gap to be able to crash the price.

Nonsense.........so why do all the groceries shops sell organic separately. They are not even classified as organic abroad.
