I take these talks with a pinch of salt. Many private universities have hacked this education thing. Covenant university still stands tall above them all. What Unilorin for one does is that they admit many students. You can see 300 students in a department. Their lecture halls will be choked. Then they start whittling down the numbers of students. That's what they call ''face tanke". By 200L, you'll discover that some of your course mates have flunked. Sometimes, you can't really blame the students who flunk after their 100L days because the quality of education is very very poor. The Nigerian government needs to prioritize education very urgently. The federal education system is an absolute mess. 52 Likes |

For about 8 in the last 10 years, it's always been Unilorin leading the aspirants' most preferred university nationwide. Better by far. WhisperedNoise: Don't be daft and myopic simultaneously. Spare some chance of reasoning. Why is it wrong to have 300+ students in a department if they all meet the criteria to be enrolled - you're telling me it's bad there's admission of 300+ Agriculture students who meet the cut and at a time the country needs as many Agric graduate as it can get? In the same light, what's wrong with shredding students who fail to meet the criteria to be promoted? No top school in Nigeria is found wanting in these things, so it becomes funny how you make a case for it when it concerns Unilorin. And, so to say, how insensitive and unintelligent to make note of the submission that the quality of education is very poor. It's as though you deserve a place in a psychiatric hospital, getting your cranium checked is a priority. I can tell it's impossible someone in his right sense will go about mouthing off rubbish. 14 Likes 2 Shares |

Let me tell you why University of Ilorin, Kwara State (73,749)ILORIN runs a very fast curriculum hence they are no 1. 2NDLY MUSLIMS FROM SOUTH WEST GAIN ADMISSION HERE WITH EASE UNLIKE MR DAVID OR Mr Abraham. Note. Muslims are more dominant even in south west University of Lagos (61,606) Lagos is seen as big boy hence picked Lagos State University, Ojo. Lagos State (55,954) same with LASU. FOR RECORD PURPOSE, MOST LAGOS INDIGENES PICKED LASU. LASU DOESNT JOKE WITH QUOTA SYSTEM Federal University, Oye-Ekiti, Ekiti State (53,235) it's a new university, youngest of them, with good lab and new stuffs hence learning becomes easier, FUOYE becomes alternative to Eksu my school which is expensive. Unversity of Benin, Benin City, Edo State (48,026) Edo State is an inland state in central southern Nigeria. It is bounded in the north and east by Kogi State, in the south by Delta State and in the west by Ondo State. So it's like a uni that , u don't want to go to north, tried of west but can't go to EAST. IN 2018 IT WAS THE 2ND BEST UNI BY NUC. some young chaps explore uniben because of its cultism culture. University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State (43,660) An ibo man will want one of his sons or daughter to attend this sch . Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State (41,959) Same with this school. Despite incessant strikes, people still rush their wards there because of its name GREAT OAUITES. ILYA DU WORLD Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State (41,759) IF IT IS NOT UNN, then it must be this. Igbo amaka Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna, Kaduna State (41,323). A village in the north must have uniform men, hence they send their people there. Mostly northerner apply for this sch more rather than the conventional school, so if they fail ABU THIS IS SURE University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State (41,134) We were told UI IS THE BEST and we keep telling our younger ones same, so they naturally want the best, hence high application Goodnight 30 Likes |
