By demolishing the apartment, he develops a chain of jobs, that would enrich those involved. He also creates jobs by building a new home. Also, when it comes to real estate, location is the most important factor, thus, he can't select just any location. Properties that are worth much more than his get demolished every year to give room for new ones in the United States, because they are located in prime locations. Also, he is never going to become poor, because his image is enough to earn him millions every year for the rest of his life. The problem with his decision is purely ethical. There is no doubt that he doesn't need a new home, as his house is more than sufficient for his needs and rational wants, but definitely not for his overblown ego. The money could have been used to assist those that are genuinely struggling in the world. All his fame and worth were given to him by the masses, as he otherwise doesn't do anything that makes him deserve what he has. While it is good to lavish your wealth on yourself, such crazed wastage of wealth (from an ethical standpoint) is sinful.

After watching Dubai bling, young rich and famous, bling empire and Bollywood wives I come Dey wonder whether na alien I be, cos how do this people make money?
