The Presidency on Wednesday reacted to the comment credited to the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to the effect that the President Bola Tinubu All Progressives Congress, APC, led government is implementing anti-people policies, saying that the PDP was envious of the ruling party’s achievements within three weeks.

The Presidency through the Special Adviser to the President on Special Duties, Communications and Strategy, Mr. Dele Alake, also said that it was expected that the PDP, which allegedly lacked the mental capacity and managerial acumen while in charge of government for 16 years would say worse things in days to come.

Reacting to the alleged anti-people policies by Tinubu’s government, Alake said, “But they (PDP) will say that, they will even say worse. That is very mild coming from them.

“We expect them to say worse because all the time they were in government they lacked the gut, the mental capacity, the physical resourcefulness and the vision to do what the government has done or accomplished within short weeks.

“What they could not do in 16 years of holding the presidency of this country Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration has done it within three short weeks. So what do you expect them to say?

“They lacked that mental capacity, the physical wherewithal, the managerial acumen to achieve those bold goals, so they have to be envious. So it is normal,

In three weeks Nigerians once again have been told to suffer today and enjoy tomorrow. That was the same story Buhari gave in 2015, repeated in 2019 and ended inflicting heavy misery and poverty on the people.

Now we know that Nigerians are in for a long ride.

What has he achieved? Fuel at 700 is an achievement.
A convoy of 150 cars is an achievement
Dollar at 800 is an achievement
Big Salah is like a burial day is an achievement.
Killing of people in Mangu plateau state is an achievement.
Being a politician doesn't make you a fool, please stop praising this satanic administration.

PDP is dead already, LP is following the same path.

Anti-people in the sense that the policies so far have negatively impacted the average Nigerian.
Only a hypocrite will disagree with this.

What is the exact thing Tinubu has done other than removing subsidy on petrol. Tinubu removed subsidy on petrol without any plan to cushion the effects on the people.

The same subsidy Tinubu and his ilks kicked against to the extent of sponsoring the Occupy Nigeria protests all over Nigeria during Goodluck Jonathan's regime

Tinubu told Goodluck Jonathan in 2012 that for removing subsidy on petrol, he(Goodluck Jonathan) has broken the social contract he has with the people.


Today, Tinubu have not only broken the social contract because he never had any with the people but has ended up moving over 180 million Nigerians into multi dimensional poverty within three short weeks
