Proving that the manually transferred Form EC8As were tampered must not arise. A vow was made by INEC that no other method outside electronic transmission of vote results would be used for the general elections of 2023. Only a judge from the moon would ignore the INEC vow but ask for proof that manually transferred Form EC8As were tampered.

Oga,a vow or promise means nothing except a formal written agreement legally binding is reached.electiins are governed by electoral law and constitution not inec directives or guidelines.
By virtue of supreme court ruling in osun,irev or anything that has to do with inec server is secondary.the electoral law backed by a court judgment states that inec can choose any means of transmission.in other words,inec can transmit manyslly or electronically.it becomes a violation if they don't transmit at all.inec planned to transmit electronically but coukdnt due to network issues and resorted to manual transmission alongside electronic transmission.

If you are that judge from the moon who will ask for proof that manully transfered Form EC8As were tampered with, be informed that too many of such proofs were tendered by the petitioners before the current PEPT.
In law, just one Form EC8A discovered tampered with is ENOUGH to make the conduct of the presidential election questionable and therefore get the election results invalidated.
I am on your assumption that a man who knows what self respect and reputation means would ignore the billions of Naira sunk in making the Electoral Act of 2022, ignore the billions of Naira sunk in provision for Electronic transmission of vote results, ignore the vow made by INEC that no other method except electronic transmission of vote results would be used; yet the man judges the election petition by asking for proof that Form EC8As that were manually transferred were tampered with.

Oga,right from ajasin vs omoboriowo 1983,nwobodo vs onoh,physical ec8a are the primary results in court.it can never be jettisoned.in law,one result cannot affect the entire election except the margin was close.each polling unit is on its own.if a unit has infractions,it is only for that unit.it does not affect others.you just prove your case unit by unit.it seems you don't know what is substantial compliance.kindly read supreme court judgments on electoral cases abd be properly guided.

Assumptions do not work in court but hard facts.inec vow or directives cannot be a ground for election petition.atiku made this mistake in 2019 and is still making it.forget your bias and support tinubu

Assumptions do not convince court judges. No saner judge will take your assumption that Form EC8As that were manually transferred from polling units to INEC offices nationwide were not tampered with. It's like a goat collectively owned by groups of people was stolen; the people brought the case to the police, the police refuse to dig into the trail of the theft, but ask the people to show proof that the goat was stolen.
Methinks, because some of you want Tinubu to succeed President Buhari, every rational thinking has escaped from you people. You twist daylight occurrences to become like occurrences in the middle of the night.
Bottom line: INEC was not only primitive but most daring with the manner INEC officials stole the presidential election for Tinubu of APC which appointed them.
