are you that guilible or the background sounds and impressive video editing skills got the best of you cos he wasn't really detailed.
His assumptions were majorly cut and join with no traces to verify them.
He mentioned the CBN placed a pnd on some accounts which we all know but didn't mention those accounts and at same time figured out a name from those accounts and linking them to terrorist financers.
This is just like the cut and join illuminati video that was used to deceive us in the early days.
