The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced its intention to prosecute Ejikeme Mmesoma, a candidate who manually manipulated her UTME result and falsely claimed to be the top scorer in the 2023 examination. In a statement released on Sunday, JAMB revealed that Mmesoma used an inflated score to secure a N3 million scholarship from Innoson Motors and was about to be honored by the Anambra State government before her deception was uncovered.



Furthermore, JAMB stated its intention to investigate other candidates who claim higher scores than they actually obtained, with a view to withdrawing their original results and handing them over to relevant security agencies for prosecution
