That his name didn't appear on 22 April 2022, does it mean that the party register can't be updated, next day? Is there a law he breached?

Obi can only enjoy waiver if he was a member of the party. 30 days prior to election Obi was not a member, cut off date to submit register of members to INEC, how does Obi now enjoy waiver as non member? Except u all agree it was wrong for Obi to question d validity of d nomination of Tinubu a d Shettima, then this case is justiceable and Obi is going down

Tinubu, APC and INEC are defendants not litigants. Stop making up excuses, defend yourself or go to court and file charges against Obi and Labour.

Is this not the same internal party matter that Atiku was sanctioned by the court for questioning the Double nomination of Shettima. The court will bill Tinubu N10m for raising this intra party matter and wasting the time of the court

This is technical knockout.

Membership of political party can only be be litigated as a pre-election matter. This is the position of the Law.

This is Presidential Election tribunal and not a regular court.

On shetima double running ticket. The court said it's not the affair of PDP to interfere. Pw is it the duty of APC to interfere in that of LP?

The waiver is for duration of membership, not registration of membership.

If Obi was not cleared by INEC, you would have been crying marginalization I victimization and the nonsense Igbos usually cry.
Moreover, thank God Obi was cleared. If not, Atiku would have won. This is because the votes Obi got would have gone to Atiku.

This is a sweet jurisdictional matter that will finish Obi.
The court can't entertain Obi's petition because Obi is incompetent to institute it by virtue of not being a member of the Labour Party he claims to be the candidate of.

Erudite and respectable lawyer, Olanipekun (SAN) seem to have lost his balance defending tinubu.

When 3 different tinubu witness all failed to show up on the same day, you begin to wonder if the 3 witnesses are living together.

Defending tinubu is a crime against God and humanity.

U are ok with the most senseless of all arguments which is the 25% in Abuja, but u dont want the defendant to use all available means to defend his well deserved mandate.
