abby ndi mbaise is not from Igbo land? And they should mind their business? One major reason Biafra is just a day dream ….very foolish tribe full of division and hate…

You are a bladdy fuul.So if a town union in Hausa land or Yoruba land have issues with hotel management they will turn it into a tribal thing or individual have altercation with police you will drag your tribe inside?
Btw I do not believe in the current agitation for Biafra by IPOB and their likes.
Your tribe is more than foolish, stupid and barbaric.

The event must have been too loud for an indoor one. Lawless Nigerians always meet their match when they travel abroad.

Just keep your mouth shut! Was it the government or individual that invited the police? Sometimes, I wonder what you guys gain in hating your fellow country men, you don't know who is at fault, all you did is to drag tribalism to the matter at hand. Don't think your tribe won't go through that treatment you are trying to defend one day.

When Akinola Aguda declared Lagos no more fit for capital of Nigeria, you and your forebears ran away from Lagos and moved to Abuja.

Don't think of coming back to displace the Igbos who stayed behind in Lagos.

Have you ever heard of Oso Abiola 1993

All the Igbos fled Lagos and the SW without anyone pursuing them

After about 6 weeks the bravest ones resurfaced in Lagos and told all their neighbors and friends how Hunger in the SE had driven them back t

Ask your Parents about it

The first question that I need to ask is, "What was the reason they were shut down?" Did they VIOLATE any of the terms of the rental agreements? How many people were required to be in such a space as per city ordinance? Usually, there is a city code that limits the number of people that could be in a public space (indoor or outdoor) for an event for safety reasons in case there's a fire, and the space MUST have both ingress and egress. For instance, if the space is meant to accommodate only 500 people and they have more than that, of course, the manager of the hotel would have to bring to their attention the violation and ask them to come into compliance. Knowing Liegerians and their arrogance, they probably waived it off forgetting that they are NOT operating in the zoo where anything goes but in America. And in order NOT to incur a fine and or possibly lose its license to operate, the hotel had to take actions including but NOT limited to calling the cops to shut down the event. However, if none of the above was the reason and the hotel had no other legal basis to shut down an event that was fully paid for, then the hotel has a lawsuit in its hand. But I seriously doubt that the latter was the case!
Brilliant

Insstead of we to ask question about why the even was shut down as fellow Nigerians, we are busy using tribalism here.

They should have held the event in Germany, Spain or Austria

The European are more considerate.

This Joe Biden presidency is characterized by hate for people that are sympathetic towards China and Russia.

However, the security agency in USA can tell us their reason for shutting down the Igbo conference.

This story is not complete !

I reserve my judgement to support the news feed like Myesoma sympathy last week.

One Chinedu or Okafor may have smuggled something in from Indonesia and the hotel management will not hesitate to call the Police.

So, let's await the Hotelier feedback!

There is no way the person who organized this paid 92k. That person is a thief and probably embezzled half of the money. Make dem do their investigation.

If the igbos had acted differently and hide their bias towards Fulanis and Yorubas, all these nonsense wouldn't have happened.

The fulanis didn't reply the igbos even though u were insulting them daily cos insults is not part of their culture.
But the Yorubas didn't swallow the pills and that is the cause of all these things

The Yoruba Governors of Kwara are free to remove him if he misbehaves

He has already been completely checkmated

That is apart from the fact that Ilorin is completely encircled by more than 30 Towns with Crowned Obas

And on top of all that the Emir of Ilorin is Hausa and not Fulani

That $92,000 is more than enough to solve a sizeable number of bad roads problems now ravaging the south east region of Nigeria.

They should have use zoom virtual meeting then send that money to tar bad roads in the south east.

They just wasted that money.

You're either a liar or an ignorant, blind fool. Perhaps when you look harder especially within this thread where you're already mouthing off about Yorubas, you'd see how your comrades immediately started talking about Ilorin, Lagos and Yoruba as if it had anything to do with the topic.
