I believe you. I am someone who is from a family of medically inclined people. We do not use herbs, infact I usually kick against anything herbal as they don't have a specific dozage and all that.

There a distant family friend whose wife has not been able to conceive for 8 years since they got married.
In Feb 2023, someone told her about a specific herb. I don't know what herb it is tho. The lady and the husband agreed to try it, and it was shipped to the US from Ibadan. She used it as directed and Luckily she is pregnant and going for checkups as we speak. I do not endorse herbs, but truth be told this one worked. I am astonished.

It could be that the cervix as been sealed up unknownly by d doctor during evacuation. This has happened to a relation and also my wife in same hospital. Try a more expensive private hospital to see a gynecologist for a proper check-up. There is hope

Please go to a good hospital and check she doesnt have asherman syndrome from the evacuation, will suggest she do hysterectomy and other hormonal test, hubby should do test too.
If everything is ok
She should work on her weight if she is big
Be on healthy diet ( needs to be intentional about it)
Be on good supplements
Have sex at the right time

I pray God blesses them soon

What is her blood rhesus factor...

Example: if she and her husband are like A+ and A- she can get pregnant but will be needing close monitoring from the doctor and will receive an injection during the pregnancy. If not done, her immune system will fight the pregnancy which can lead the miscarriage or she can carry the baby full term. After that pregnancy, she won't get pregnant by her husband.

Did a competent hospital handle the evacuation.

Some doctors butcher the uterus and so on.

If it's possible, don't evacuate, let it come out naturally. These drs are not smiling at all. Half baked drs.

I had miscarriage, took gin as the thing just don't want to flow out naturally and the pain no be here.
Rushed to hospital cos of the pain. Abandoned there for like 8hrs. Then the contraction started and the idiots said they will commence evacuation. I rejected it and went home. 5 days, I was OK but weak. A mama gave me one herb to cook and drink. 3 months, I took in again.

Older generation always advice against evacuation. Don't know why.

Honestly I perfectly understand the plight of whoever is undergoing this case because my wife and I went through this for years before we overcame it.After series and series of tests,nothing come out! Some doctors even told us that if my wife puts to bed again,then it's a miracle.God used another specialist doctor in Lagos to deliver us.Now we have three kids to the glory of God.
