You're exactly right but I believe its an all inclusive strategy. Do you know that the Islamic leaders of Sokoto conspired with the police to allow the murderers of Deborah to escape? I insist that whenever these Muslim terrorist kill a non-Muslim the REST of us should respond by killing 200 of these terrorists. If not it will never stop. The ONLY respond to disproportionate force! Look at the other guy they stoned to death after Deborah. His own case was even more blatant and even 5 year old children joined in the barbaric act.
