. You are not doing your employees any favor for paying them because there job is more important to you than the salaries you pay them. And to employees don't try to impress your boss because he/she doesn't give a Bleep about you. They only praise you when the are using you. Always know that you are disposable so do your barest minimum at all times. You are more profitable to your employer than the are to you so put that in mind so that you can make the difference.
