Well it depends on how you rate them Sha, but personally I see it as a no-brainer Biko. Basically they are on paid vacation. 300k every week plus the priceless amount in renewed publicity plus the potential money to be made from task plus the chance to compete for the prize money plus any perks like endorsement that could come after the show.
This is something that a lot of them did for free a few years back and most likely would have still done for free with minimum downsides. If you escape any malicious scandal, you basically have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
