that's actually a lot for three days, if you want strong food, garri is better, I believe a pot of soup is less than 1k if you are managing, sometimes I even cook soup without fish or meat

Buy agbado. 10 small ones will last you 3days if you decide to eat 3 perd day. You will even have one small one left.
You won't need to buy drinking water because we are in rainy season.
