So Obi is a billionaire?

The same Obi that flew Economy ticket to Egypt last year telling Nigeria and Nigerians that he wasn't a rich man?

I hate deceitful people.
He can fly whatever class he wants . He is a billionaire, he is not extravagant. Enjoy your Agbado regime .

A lot of Obidients thrive on conspiracy theories, lies and misinformation. Unfortunately, many unscrupulous elements are feeding on these weaknesses to grow their social media and YouTube following e.g. NedMedia.

We have been telling them that Obi didn't prove anything in court for the court to rule in his favor. He has not been able to show the court the number of votes that he was deprived of, the number of votes to be subtracted from Tinubu's and/or Atiku's votes. He has also not shown how the non-transmission of the votes electronically has affected him. If you are familiar with court judgements about elections in Nigeria, you would know that these are usually the things judges base their decisions upon.

I can bet with everything I have in this world that the court will not deliver victory for Obi, maybe a rerun at best. The very intelligent ones among the Obidients know this and that is why they are looking into disqualifying Tinubu based on other technicalities like the so called Shettima double nomination and so on.

Even Obi knows he didn't win, that's why his focus was on how to get the court to disqualify Tinubu.

Gbam, the bolded is the summary of all that Obi and his lawyers did in court.

They even brought a TV to entertain the judges
aswani:

Sir, he only provided copies of blurred INEC forms that he got from IREV. There was zero proof of manipulation from him.

His argument boiled down to "Yakubu said he'll use IREV, IREV has a lot of blurred images, make me President or let's do the elections again" .

Of course the fact that a more reliable paper based calculation happened was not good enough for him because he didn't win.

He and his lawyers did the typical Naija thing of grandstanding, all style and no substance.

I follow the case and I now that he brought some results in boxes and dumped them in the court. His job was to present them in a summary sheet to show how those original results make him win. To my knowledge and acclaimed by both APC and Inec he failed to do that.

If a software develops a fault while you are working with it on your computer, will you resort to the discarded typewriter to continue the work knowing full well that the typewriter cannot process the job?
You must stop the job until the software issue is rectified; of course, you must annull whatever results thrown up by the faulty software.

Corollary, Mahmood Yakubu should have no business resorting to the discarded system of manual collation of votes results when he saw his computer glitch or whatever. He should have stopped collation of votes results until the glitch is rectified, knowing full well that no reasonable person will accept the results he prepared from manual collation which the Electoral Act of 2022 discarded.

You got it wrong. Manual collation was never discarded. Manual collation is how all the candidates were pronounced to have won. IREV was more to ensure transparency and prevent rigging at the collation center should there be a discrepancy between what what recorded at the PU and transmitted and what is announced during collation.

You guys still don't understand.
The agent result sheet is the least considered result by the court. The CTC issued by INEC is the first which they have already submitted then followed by the police copy. It is only when the first two are not available that they might consider the agent's copy.
A lot of people are unaware of this.

The only thing related to election results that LP presented to the judges at the Tribunal were blurred copies of forms that are available on IREV for those 18 thousand or so polling units.

"Police and Agent" copies were not presented and I will tell you why, Obi didn't want to pay INEC for documents that he couldn't guarantee will give him victory which is a smart thing to do if the truth be told.

Additionally, if he had ultimate proof he won with his votes being redistributed to other candidates by INEC, why would he bother talking about 25% in Abuja, drug convictions, double nomination, Yakubu talking about IREV, INEC sever being down in the AWS cloud amongst other frivolous things.

Surely he would have presented his irrefutable proof in the first 2 days and by the end of the week, The Tribunal would have declared him winner and he would quickly make his way to Aso Rock to ascend his throne.

Instead his lawyers were still, after 3 weeks of presenting their arguments, trying to submit even more documents to the court when it was the turn of the Respondents.

Pathetic!

Yet they claimed they won with nothing to support it

He didn't but feel free to believe what you want.

He submitted the blurred copies to buttress his claims that INEC wrongly declared President Tinubu as the winner because they said they'll use IREV (hence the telly and the reporters saying they heard Yakubu say so) and the portal has corrupted documents.

That is what Obi's claim effectively boils down to, anything else is wishful (Obidient) thinking.

That is also why INEC didn't need to call more than one witness to argue anything, they know their portal showed blurred pictures as presented by Obi. They are however as confused like the rest of us as to the relevance of blurred documents to an Obi "Election victory".

INEC also told Obi to pay for copies of the actual documents, he wisely decided not to. Better to continue the charade than show proof of how you lost fairly (as fairly as can be in a Nigerian election).
Re: Peter Obi Failed To Show He Scored Majority Votes, INEC Tells Court by Poleski: 7:57pm On Jul 19, 2023
The corrupt INEC has not shown any proof of how Tinubu won. It denied LP lawyers some documents they lawfully requested with subpoenas, and yet the judges did absolutely nothing to compel INEC to obey. The judiciary is fckd up!

Lol. The figures presented by the prof, were they extracted from CTC of form EC8A or IREV? How did the figures presented by the prof from just 2 random states show how Peter Obi won? Can you tell us Peter Obi’s actual final score and the 24 states where he got 25% and above from?

His witness statement was discussed in court. He stated clearly he was only able to complete the analysis of the results of only two states. He said over 18k results uploaded to IREV were blurred and unreadable and this also affected him. So, how did he prove that Peter Obi won?

Peter Obi does not have to show that he won the majourity votes. He contested the results of the election in some states where his votes were short changed and where he knew that he won but INEC declared loss for him. By the time the tribunal re-collates the results of those states based on the evidence submitted, the probability is that, he would have won the majourity votes. it is left for the tribunal to decide that.
