The judiciary is dead as far as many Nigerians are concerned.
The PEPT matter is a last opportunity for the judiciary to resurrect .

If this opportunity is missed, they are dead, buried and destroyed.

Your emotional blackmail cannot work.

A man who came 3rd that did not even claim he won, who didn’t claim he came second asks to be declared the winner. A man who wants the winner to be disqualified for matters that are outside the law when he himself is not qualified to run.

Shettima's Double nomination.

Dual citizenship of Tinubu.
Lol. Shettima's so called double nomination would be the first to be thrown out because it was already thrown out by supreme court in May. Supreme court said APC submitted before them a letter dated 6th July by APC to INEC on the withdrawal of Shettima in order for him to be nominated as running mate to Tinubu.

There is also the law of Locus Standi which means as long as it's not a constitutional matter then it's an internal affair of the party which means only an APC member who was going to contest for the position of vice president or Senator can sue Shettima.

Dual citizenship of Tinubu?? Lol.

You were making sense before you now mentioned ' PEPT' ( Presidential Election Petn Tribunal)!
So,if they don't do your wish,by declaring your candidate, then Judiciary is okay but if Judiciary
play Neutrality in a Political settings like Nigeria, then they has lost your confidence! That is how biased your comments is
So, politicians playing to the gallery is what Judiciary should dabble into! NO.
Judiciary, all over theWorld, including,America, where the Nigerian Constitution was borrowed, still makes sure they remain neutral to politics - to check the excesses of the Executive!
The areas of concern for the Judiciary should be -:
-How many Court Cases are outstanding between the Lower Courts and Appeal Courts in Nigeria and it's so unfortunate that - hundreds,if not - thousands of Cases are lying fallow between ---•National Industrial Courts,
-High Courts ( - Federal and State High Courts) and
-the Appeal Courts!
Some are decades ( over 10yrs- 5yrs,8yrs,11yrs)
Is j etc. Many of these Case are being frustrated through Lawyers, who usually, ask for Adjunment upon adjunment and not until recently that the Courts are awarding heavy penalties to unnecessary delays etc. You dare not do that in UK, USA or Europe, because such Lawyers might lose their Certificates,if care is not taking!
Some Judges became pertisan in an obvious Cases- that is clear that many Employers ( Multinationals,Oil Industry, Financial Institutions ( Banks), Insurance Companies, etc, are always trying to frustrate the Employees in the Court of Law,since they don't have the means to fight the Employer!
Most of the Money the Employees would have claimed as Pension from the Employers have now gone with the spiral Inflation because of Time Factors- between different Courts of delay!
Yet,we have NLC ,who have remained unconcerned in this kind of situation that Workers found themselves- for years That is why Nigerians are not in support of the NLC!
Indeed, the Pensioners are crying in agony!

Just yesterday i read in Punch daily of how the former Kano governor Ganduje obtained a court order preventing his arrest and prosecution and enforcing his fundamental human against the State Anti graft agency that was instituted by the national assembly.

The honest truth is that Judiciary supports corrupt Nigerians, defends them and empower them.

i rate judiciary below zero

They are just a tool in the hand of the rich and powerful

PROOF

Dollar video: Court stops police, Kano anti-graft agency from arresting Ganduje

Peter Obi will lose at the Tribunal, the desperation arising from both the blurred copies of IREV and the 25% Abuja fallacy points to that.

I hope he respects himself and doesn't go to the Supreme court to embarrass himself there too.

I know that his legal team will push hard for him to because they are getting paid but he needs to now look towards 2027 to "reclaim his stolen mandate".

A "mandate" bestowed on him by Obidients that even his team of charge and bail lawyers didn't make the mistake of repeating in court.

On a scale of 1(lowest) to 100(highest). I rate the Nigerian judiciary -1. Yes, minus one.
With all the thousands of inmates across the country who have never been to court, judges going on vacation in the middle of trials, cases of high profile individuals, especially politicians, not seeing the light of day, etc.
As for the PEPT, both Peter Obi and Atiku are losers. the whole proceedings is just a charade

How many here know how much pressures and threats these judges get on daily basis from Nigerians, especially the Politicians. As long as the judicial appointments are being influenced by politicians, the judiciary will continue to fumble. It is "I scratch your back, you scratch mine". Everyone wants to cash out in Nigeria today. A promise of let's say, Oil well, Properties both in Nigeria and/or abroad, billions of dollars or other hard currencies, political or juicy jobs in Companies for relatives, can easily make our judicial officers at all levels fall hands, EXCEPT those that still understand the meaning of Integrity.

You seem to imply that Good judges are the ones tat pass judgements that favour you. If you look at the judgement of the courts for APC, PDP and LP - you will see that their is no favouritism. Judges cannot pass judgement that the majority of people want. They have to stick to judicial precedent.

Also they cannot be pressured by public opinion. No matter what anyone says to them they will rule on the law as it stands and not as people think it should be.

The judiciary that gave Hope ụzọdinma and Ahmed lawan victory should never ever be trusted.
lately, become such huge embrassment to Nigeria that EU observers had to point it out specifically.
