The judiciary is dead as far as many Nigerians are concerned.
The PEPT matter is a last opportunity for the judiciary to resurrect .

If this opportunity is missed, they are dead, buried and destroyed.

Very low but they can prove me right by acting right for once. The judicial logjam before this nation is the only opportunity they have to keep the hope of the distraughted and beleaguered Nigerian of conscience alive. The executive and legislature have woefully failed this nation and they wants to capture the judiciary too.

My confidence in them is very High.

Everything being Genuine, Tinubu would be sacked.
If they want to do mago-mago, they will order for a Rerun.

If Hushpuppi was in Nigeria,
He will still be balling.....balling hard!!

Since when has African Number 1 kidnapper that took ransom in foreign currencies been arrested again?
Has he been jailed for the suffering and crimes he put other families through? Hell no!!

What about Abba Kyari (coincidentally, he was the one who arrested Evans the kidnapper we talked about above!!?
Funny, isn't it?!

What about James Nwafor that killed hundreds of Anambra youths and threw their bodies in the river to be eaten by fish with the pictures all over the Internet,
Where is he now?
Still living free and large!!

James Ibori was jailed in UK, came back here and started living large all over again, in saner climes, he will live in shame and recluse for the rest of his thieving life for what he stole from the Niger Delta people.......same people worshipping him still!!
They even sew Aso-ebi to welcome him back home!!!
Irony of Life!

And many many more like that....

There was a country!
God help Nigeria.

Lol.. How can you have confidence in an institution that doesn't even have confidence to start with.

Did you see NBA's response to the fight between DSS and NCS on court grounds? They carefully avoided incurring the wrath of either body instead of saying it as it is.

An arm of government for that matter.

infact that arm of government should be scrapped , they have aided illegality with their actions and inactions .
They should be converted to aids to the executive arm of government in other not to worsen unemployment

Judiciary system that has been bulkachuwalized!
Judiciary that gives injunction not to prosecute corrupt politicians.
Judiciary that gives injunction to prevent citizens their right to protest.
Judiciary that is designed to protect the rich..
Judiciary that is not independent..but an arm of the executive.
Judiciary without balls!
Fake Judiciary we have here.
