We are either facing England or Denmark, so we face England if the game ends like this or face Denamrk if we win.

But these girls look jaded, I think they over-celebrated their victory over the Aussies.

England, China and Denmark all have realistic hope of qualification from their group. Their last match will decide it.

Oshoala is not getting enough passes, our midfield needs to improve,,, Kanu is unfit today
Kanu and Ajibade are struggling in their respective wings because that's not their natural position and Ireland plays five at the back out of position.

These girls need to win… I’m not sure we can beat england if we end up as runners up in this group…

I guess why we are finding this performance intolerable is because we are used to Men's football. We see the spaces, chances and passes that come and go without these players probably seeing it. It's becoming almost hilarious. They relax so much when in position as if they assume chances/passes don't have windows they must be taken.

It was really an error from me.

They will be meeting England, China or Denmark.

Not an easy game by any stretch of imagination.

What a save!!! Off the crossbar!

The Falcons denied their opener.

Another chance in quick succession sees Oshoala hit it wide

Tony Payne is such a beauty to watch.

Kanu and Payne are telepathic.

How did the Irish keeper keep that out ?

Omo, this Toni Payne na better pikin. What a play!

Alozie na ogbonge defender. I like her hold-up play; making mazy runs down her wing and bursting forward at every opportunity. In short, she's dispatching her duties diligently so far.
