Many governors in Nigeria aren't proactive. They behave as if they are an extension of the federal government.

This is demonstrated in the trend of appointing commissioners. In some cases, they wait until the FG appoints ministers before they start their own process of appointing commissioners

Three things are involved:
1. Yorubas prefer to go to the north, there are more opportunities there than SE. The reason igbos go for greener pastures everywhere.
2. The igbós should participate actively in the parties in their host communities.
3. The igbós should stop running mouths about Yoruba people especially calling Lagos ni man's land. It angers Yoruba people who would restrain Igbos from public offices.



Igbos can still attain equality in Lagos but not this generation. When we become like West. That one is still far.

Just looking at the list, so Pedro, Roberts, benson, Ambrose and George are from Osun? Popular badagrians Layode and Ogunlende are from Ondo? Rotimi-Akodu from Epe and Olowu are popular Lagos families. You should go and research the commissioners family trees before spilling nonsense here.
