Many things you may not know didn't think about. Each ministry generates revenue and out of it they spend or ask for more.

Efficiency comes into place when you have a ministry supervising more than 20 MDAs and another ministry supervising lesser number of MDAs.

PhD has nothing to with logical discussion. If we want the country to move forward we have to do things in different ways.

FG just don't release money rather money is released base on viability of the projects the money is to be spent. So, you can now see that more will be achieved when we micro manage our affairs since federalism is not yet fully in place.
