1. There must be punishment for corruption. Persons in authority must be held accountable for their time in office.

2. Wealth/riches/spending must be tied to taxes & sources of income. Spend anyhow you like, but government must know your source of income & how much you pay as taxes.

3. There must be a strong mortgage system in place. Important/essential capital/semi-capital projects should be sourced through an efficient mortgage system to discourage stealing.
