Enquiry when a life has been lost. Useless people. A faulty elevator for years that nothing was done about. A general hospital with no equipment, no blood, pathetic. Maintenance culture is the country has always been zero, leave everything to rot and they know how the countries they fly to when they are I'll look life in comparison. I hope we will see the same energy lasg used in prosecuting the teachers of chrisland for negligence in their students death. The CMD and facilities team are 101% culpable in this matter.

Lifts generally have fail safe mechanisms in place to prevent such accidents. This needs to be thoroughly investigated.

Really sad that following the accident occurring inside the hospital, the health system is not developed enough to have saved her life.
