This recommendation was a result of Lukman' s decision to take the party and its leadership to court, a move deemed unacceptable by the party' s legal adviser.


Interestingly, this recent resignation has drawn attention to a leaked ' legal opinion' that El- Marzuq wrote to Senator Adamu back in April 2023.
