Are the dried ones not roasted initially? Roasted foods are not so save, you know. The vitamins and food they ate while alive is another risk factor. Animal foods are loaded with preservatives and chemicals that are quite harmful to the human body.
Choose your poison wisely abeg.
That was how one lecturer taught me that roasting, baking and deep frying food leads to the formation of acrylamides, a substance that can negatively impact the nervous system and also a known/suspected carcinogen. Choose your poison wisely. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Honestly, I can't say which is the best. There seems to be a risk factor to everything we eat, but thank God for God. Happy Sunday!
Exactly bro, there's a risk factor to everything we eat. Moderation is the key.

The needed iron for the body can be gotten from other foods. I'm not against consumption of meat but the excess. I've seen cases where patients are advised to stop eating meat or reduce their intake of meat and rather opt for fishes but I hardly see where a patient is advised to eat more meat
The heme iron in red meat is absorbed faster than plants like say spinach that have more iron but is wasted.

This is quite small sha, buying in kilos would have been much cheaper.

That can't be all the meat na. It's just a portion of it.

Good move... You did not add the kpomo and the intestines in the portion you shared? Both parts constitute 1/3 of the meat .

As u can see,due to the biting inflation and high cost of meats in Abuja and it environs.

Three of us decided to go to Keffi this morning to buy a cow worth 320k and we shared it. At least this will see us through the year end.

This is a good idea my child, if your family can be disciplined to let the meat stay in the freezer in peace. The usual challenge is that you start using higher quantity of meat than you'd have used if you were buying in kilos because "there's meat". Watch out for that and be disciplined.

Croaker fish and catfish is farmed here in Nigeria. Infact, catfish are sold life. So they're fresh.

I'm talking about fishes that are imported and stored in cold rooms.

I don't even trust the food and drugs they give those fishes. Looks like we are eating chemicals in the name of eating fresh fish. Nothing pass goat meat
