That was how one lecturer taught me that roasting, baking and deep frying food leads to the formation of acrylamides, a substance that can negatively impact the nervous system and also a known/suspected carcinogen. [quote author=Juliearth post=124909723 Are the dried ones not roasted initially? Roasted foods are not so save, you know. The vitamins and food they ate while alive is another risk factor. Animal foods are loaded with preservatives and chemicals that are quite harmful to the human body. [/quote] wetin we go eate now if cow meat no good, fresh cat fish no good, smoked fish no good...... Lord your children are confused with these science people |

This is a good idea my child, if your family can be disciplined to let the meat stay in the freezer in peace. The usual challenge is that you start using higher quantity of meat than you'd have used if you were buying in kilos because "there's meat". Watch out for that and be disciplined. 1 Like |

But for those around Karu Apo,Nyanya,Wuse and Asokoro axis go to orange Market mararaba. For fruits i mean all kinds of fruits, vegetables and yams.................go to Zuba fruits Market. For meat such as goat, cow and abd ram......go to deidei Market but if u want it more cheaper go to keffi. 2 Likes |
