Reduced relationship with God, etc.

The worst things that can happen to someone who engages in premarital sex are:
Death
Incurable STIs
Spiritual attacks that can lead to mental illness and incurable illnesses
Risk of being used for rituals, etc.

But above all, the best option is abstinence.

I'm not saying premarital sex has no negative consequences, but research has shown that majority of those who engage in masturbation tend be depressed and lonely. Does masturbation really benefit the body? If it does, then how? Don't tell me absence of infections and unwanted pregnancies, because any sensible person that engages in premarital sex can also avoid them.

You are right. They are evil, even deducting from the topic of this thread. However, the problem is we don't practice what we preach.

Both are bad and both are worse.
Although it seems masturbating has "lesser effects" compared to premarital sex. The argument of no STDs, no spending of money/resources, no girlfriend problems etc seems to place masturbating on a better scale compared to premarital sex but If we look at the end result or consequences of masturbating, it's like a self destructing habit, it's addictive and can destroy mentally and in many ways. Although many will argue that in moderation, the side effects are lesser or non existent, we all know many people caught in the web of masturbating that wished they never started it. That tells you how bad it is, if you're still masturbating and you've not started experiencing these negative effects, it's because you've not gotten deep enough yet. When you get deep enough, you'll want to come out but your will power will fail you. I have helped a lot of people overcome masturbation through different methods and ways, maybe one day I'll resume again when I'm much free.

Premarital sex on the other hand tends to have more physical consequences than mental, the fear of unwanted pregnancy, single /baby Mama, STDs, girlfriends trouble, spending limited resources etc.

In summary, masturbation or premarital sex isn't the issue at all, we are looking at the wrong direction. The basis of all these is energy and masturbating and premarital sex is misusing this energy, and energy wrongly applied will lead to death. In my opinion as someone who's non religious neither are bad. The only time I can ever say something is bad is if it hurts or harms someone else. Neither of them do so they're not bad.They're all ok nothing wrong with it.
In the case of masturbation though as long as one doesn't get addicted it's perfectly fine to explore your body and pleasure yourself.
About sex as long as it's between consenting adults (not under 18 children or an adult and a teenager), and the partners use preventive measures like condoms and or contraceptives to prevent STDs and unwanted pregnancy then nothing wrong either.
Also I feel sex should be done within the context of a relationship but not everyone feels same, many people are ok with casual sex. Nothing really wrong either just make sure you use protection so you don't catch and spread disease.
