Compare Cuba to poorest of poor nation making you silly.

Russia and Iran have been heavily sanctioned yet they are still resilience because of strong buffers they had, comparing it with fragile Niger that struggling to survive even without single sanction maked u go mad with level of ur prejudice.

I advise you read how the sanctions are creeping them now. If u reason with common sense, you would know that , JUNTA agreed to meet Emir Sanusi having rejected various delegations up to UN delegation, becs he is now clear to him that he can't survive sanctions going forward.

what does Cuba have? is Cuba not like Niger during the time of the sanctions by the US during the missile crisis? Oga stop trying to be clever by half.

Great source!

So do you believe the international partners - World Bank, etc mentioned in the report would still continue funding the dam with a military junta in power?

Let's wait and see!

1,608km border that is largely porous.

At least they should try their best. Even the United States - Mexico border is porous.

President Tinubu and ECOWAS should bring them to their Knees. No soft landing for them. They should be made Scapegoat for others plotting and planning Coups in Countries across Africa. Pummel them with more Stricter Sanctions so they can have Sense.

Ok
What I can't understand is why Nigeria that is still suffering from epileptic power supply is supplying light to other countries. Still thinking about this because I can't comprehend it.

Anyway
Asaba is booming, tap into this great opportunities. Join the early birds

Because selling to Niger and other neighbouring countries is more profitable than selling in Nigeria.
Electricity is subsidised in Nigeria and I doubt if the country is making any profit from supplying Nigerians.

The truth is that it’s the common people that will suffer most. The idea is that they will pressure their government to give in. Will they listen? It’s a sad situation for regular citizens of a poor country.

For the people from land locked areas shouting for their own country- can you see? It’s only when you have road or boat you can be making noise

Go and ask the fake news you watched, president Tinubu is still saying the same thing he said.
Karlman:
So no more war?

Now the question is....why the threats of war initially when you could simply sanction them as you doing now?

I've been telling people for the past 1 week now that president Tinubu didn't say anything about invading Niger and he will never do it. There's no reason for invasion, sanctions are more effective. The only thing he can use ecowas soldiers for is the border to block people from coming in.
LegendHero:
Good one. Continue to sanction them.

However, President Tinubu should never invade the country. We have better things to spend Nigeria money on.

Don't worry, soon you'll start hearing "attack on Niger is attack on the North"

The civilians love their coupists according to y'all, so they can live with what comes with the coup.
NGArmyTerrorist:
They don concoct letter! Sanction can only affect civilians not senior citizens and coup plotters, dey play!

They were not protesting against Nigeria, they were protesting against president Tinubu. They miscalculated because he's Yoruba, they thought they could walk over him, that's why they waited for Buhari to leave office.
raskymonojendor:

I was shocked as well bros. Just the other day, they were protesting against Nigeria.
