nedekid: Great source! So do you believe the international partners - World Bank, etc mentioned in the report would still continue funding the dam with a military junta in power? Let's wait and see! 1 Like |

propsvilla1:Because selling to Niger and other neighbouring countries is more profitable than selling in Nigeria. Electricity is subsidised in Nigeria and I doubt if the country is making any profit from supplying Nigerians. |

The truth is that it’s the common people that will suffer most. The idea is that they will pressure their government to give in. Will they listen? It’s a sad situation for regular citizens of a poor country. For the people from land locked areas shouting for their own country- can you see? It’s only when you have road or boat you can be making noise |

I've been telling people for the past 1 week now that president Tinubu didn't say anything about invading Niger and he will never do it. There's no reason for invasion, sanctions are more effective. The only thing he can use ecowas soldiers for is the border to block people from coming in. LegendHero: |

They were not protesting against Nigeria, they were protesting against president Tinubu. They miscalculated because he's Yoruba, they thought they could walk over him, that's why they waited for Buhari to leave office. raskymonojendor: |
