Gen Abacha had the seasoned Anthony Ani as Minister of Finance and still fleeced Nigeria. Look, appointing a seasoned economist as figure head Prime Minister doesn't stop Junta from looting. The appointment is PR. Nobody argues with a man holding an AK47.

Soldiers are not trained to govern any country. It is an aberration. Coup plotters don't come with any roadmap to develop the country. Things are done according to whims and caprices of the junta leader. They are accountable to nobody. Besides, coup plotting is a high risk venture and looting the country is usually the dividend.

Soldiers are trained to kill enemies of the country. They give orders and orders are obeyed strictly in line with some rigid hierarchical structure.

Dey play grin Na civilian government no fleece Nigeria. Wetin I don gain since civilian rule

Selecting and appointing this small school boy they can toss around is clear indication that the coupists are still playing.

Niger needs Nigeria. They can NEVER do without Nigeria. That coup Leader knows there is nowhere to go than to do the wish of Nigeria.

The moment you see the same people who supported Mr Peter Obi , Mr Nnamdi Kanu etc supporting the coupists, I knew the coupists are jinxed with bad luck of not getting their wish. Nobody or nothing they support ever ends well. Check my signature for free stuffs!

Unna still dey dream that thing?

Bazoum will be sent to exile soon. Zimbabwe, Uganda, Iran, Russia, China even this same Nigeria is under some kind of sanction from the West, who has died?

Dey there dey chop Western countries' faeces, we are in a multi-polar world now sanctions do not work anymore. And the day Nigeria tries to invade Niger not only will Nigeria never remain the same but Nigerians will become the enemy of African countries and the most hated group among Black people.
Most African people are with Niger, even worldwide hell even some Nato/EU countries like Italy are secretly with them.

The war mongering and oppressive USA and the West are setting a trap for Africa, go and dive in.
sanctions are for the big boys . Counter plot is the game changer engaging experts in form of insurgency and anti government group to crumble the country I only pity Niger because if this happens to later be the case, even if russia carry al thier army to Niger for support that country will feel the stbrunt cus that wil be the war stage and it will be a loss in totality for Niger .

I guess Niger and the other military led West African nations would be a good modern day example for this generation on whether military government works better than democracy.
We shall see as events play out.

Leadership is all about heart, character and sacrifice and it is not peculiar to any position or occupation. Anyone with these qualities can lead. We don't have to FOLLOW a system of government which obviously don't work for us. Don't be whitewashed by western media. Prior to this time, most African tribes elect only the brave and courageous of men to lead them.

Now that The west with it slaves called ecowas has imposed economic sanction on Niger. Niger should cut all diplomatic ties with them.

Since Niger is landlocked. They can import their goods through Algeria. Algeria is a friendly nation and good ally of Russia and China.

The west has imposed a lot of sanctions on Russia and iran yet those countries kept growing and developing day by day even more than Nigeria that is not under sanctions.

The world is now a multi polar world. No nation can use sanction as a weapon to punish another country. Russia and China has taken care of that.

The sanction may bite for now, but with option and alternatives from friendly nations. They will survive it.

The golden era of Nigeria remains during the military regime that governed Nigeria from Murtala Mohammed and ended with Gen Babangida. Most of the dual carriage highways in Nigeria was done in that era. The refineries that your hopeless civilians are unable to maintain were built by the khaki boys. The hydro power dams still supplying you electricity was done by the boys in uniform. Civilian government from 1999 till date have invested trillions in electricity generation but only generate megawatts of darkness. , Military boys built Abuja, built the 3rd mainland bridge and Ajaokuta steel plants etc. The list is endless. From 1999 that the civilian criminals came onboard,.mention one project of national significance they have undertaken and completed or able to manage. Abuja/Lokoja road they attempted to dual since 2006 is still ongoing close to 20 yrs after. They have earned more than a million fold of what the military boys used in developing Nigeria but nothing to show for it other than sharing money to themselves. You heard Akpabio telling Senators that resumed sitting last month that they have been paid money to go enjoy themselves during their holiday, that is not part of the 45 million each Senator collects per month as constituency allowance that he does not give account to anyone of how it was spent. What am I saying, Nigeria became worse under the civilian regime.

. Nigeria can’t invade Niger because it’s not a personal fight , we are not Russia invading Ukraine and if anything later happens the war will be brought to Niger or do you see US sending missiles to russia or Russia doing the same , the country involved is the collateral damage and will be levelled to the last if they decide to engage and about nato , nato is a joint force so far the country involved in not nato , Dey will finih the coup plotters . And mind you this is not to fight the country but to fight the emergence of the military power which Russia is doing to Ukraine. Nigeria no get myth for this fight

sanctions are for the big boys with nukes not a developing state like Niger . They will demilitarize Niger just the way russia is doing with Ukraine. Bro Niger go too feel am cus at the end of the day russia wount send missle to US while china wount try such too . Niger will be the war front . And will be distorted by the ones try to help and the ones trying to demilitarize.

Its a trap for Africa especially Nigeria. If the USA and France can permanently get Nigeria. Through any means what's so ever. And They will would give Fulani terrorists an offer they can never say no to. Which is owning Nigeria lands

They want to bomb terrorists prisoners and whether or not the prisoners are able to defeat the junta. The terrorists and weapons will make Nigeria Thier Home and base.

So when I see some sheiks telling Tinubu that he should allow them mediate with the junta. I just laugh.

So can our Fulani Islamist say No to Nigeria lands?

Pardon which country is United state of Africa?

Like Idi Amin to the economist
Adi Amin: Central bank governor, I want you to print more money
The governor: Sir we can't print more money because our currency is already worthless
Idi Amin: you say our currency is worthless like shit, boys take him out and show him what we do to shit.

The military mismanaged Nigeria's oil boom. No investment in petrochemicals complexes to back the oil industry. No railway to boost transportation, etc. We spent a fortune fighting apartheid in SA. IBB and Abacha's periods were locust years that laid foundation for today's economic woes.

Fidel Castro and Muamah Gaddaffi are the evidence that you're talking bullshit.

Only a benevolent dictator can make Africa work. Africa is cursed with bad system and structure that no matter the government that comes in, the system will fight against him. But a dictator that doesn't follow rules and protocols, that's feared and respected can work around this.

Even the government of Sani Abacha and other military government despite all the looting were 100 times more productive and fruitful than the best democracy in Nigeria - only the tenure of Buhari regime was bad in both military and civilian because of course he's malevolent.

Check all our infrastructures and under what regime they were built and you'll understand.
