Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni is just a man of great wisdom and intellect.

HIS COUNTRY HAS URANIUM.

Even more than Niger Republic, that France is so desperate to loot.

In a speech, he said that when the Europeans came to him and said they wanted to mine uranium in Uganda, he asked them ''why?''

They said in order for them to export it to their country.

He asked them ''for what?''

They said so that they can generate electricity for their country with nuclear power plants.

So he asked them ''have you seen the level of electricity supply we have in Uganda''?

''Can you not see that we need that electricity far more than you?''

''Why don't you build a nuclear power plant HERE IN UGANDA FIRST, then, when we are okay, we can maybe do business with the uranium exports for you?''

Museveni said they disappeared and never returned to him till today.

He said ''So the uranium is still there in the ground. When we are ready, we will use it.''

I keep telling people, THE GAME HAS CHANGED IN AFRICA.

Africans don't know what to do with the natural resources.

I doubt Uganda has the technology or technical know how to enrich uranium. Better they keep everything in the ground.

THEY ONLY BEGAN TO DEVELOP IN THE 1960s after independence from colonial looting of their resources.
