While these should not be overlooked, I believe that longevity has more to do with the state of ones mind than what you eat and how you eat them. My grandma was a lover of sugar, she died aged 95. Our grandparents knew nothing about most these things and yet lived longer. We worry and complain too much in our generation. Haven't you observed how young people weary their hearts on this forum over issues that should not bother them?
