There is this guy that drive the sharp sound venza. I was shock when he drive pass me and blue smoke was just blowing out.

Is it that we have bad oil or just bad mechanic or something is just wrong when cars entered this country?

what oil brand and weight does he use and what is he oil change frequency, I use local mobil but don't exceed 3 month or 1,800 miles

My own oil is turning black gradually.i changed oil in June and I drive almost 40km daily. Next month na another oil change...direct from mobil 5w 30 semi synthetic. No time. Blue smoke means oil is leaking somewhere.

if the combustion chamber is properly sealed 95% the oil will never turn black. If at all it will take a very long time. The reason oil turn back is blowby.

I really don't know oh. Most Nigeria hardly change oil and they are careless with using quality oil it doesn't matter the type of car they are using.

My brother naija na dead. Any tokunbo car and engine dey hear am. Not fully black but i see it black in the morning with dipstick,then i wipe again its gold. Its a normal thing
