Ohu, when the Supreme court ruled that the CBN should halt it's disastrous cashless policy , you all said Emefile as CBN governor is not answerable to the court.

When the NASS summoned same Emefile and Emefile declined to honour their invite , you said his office is bigger than the NASS and not subject to oversight review by the legislative.

By this , we can conclude that Emefile was above both the legislative and judiciary.

Even Buhari as executive President was answerable to both bodies but you said the CBN being an autonomous body was a sovereign within a sovereign.

So if Emefile could act without regards to both the judiciary and legislative is it the executive that he was answerable to?

By even claiming Emefile acted on direct orders from Buhari is even an act of incompetence since the CBN Governor is supposed to act solely on the best interest of the naira and financial sector without unnecessary pressure from any quarters.

Buhari is a former president, he can’t be touched. $2.5billion dollars was shared by Dasuki under Jonathan before the 2015 general election.
