Been to all these countries I just mentioned and the zeal with which they pursue development is out of this world. Malaysia monorail took only less than 24 months to become functional until this day even with all the underground subways especially the one at Bukit Bintang. Since 2010 that I met a mono rail construction going on in Nigera until this day,it is not completed after 13 years. I resided in south Africa for almost 4 years,how long did it take the Gautrain that runs from Pretoria to O Tambo Airport to be built? NIGERIA is not a serious country and nobody should allow them join their Union because they will destroy it.
