95% of LP’s candidates for the last election are not recognised by law and will be sacked. It is pure law and legality, not okrika or spare parts business.

Stop spewing what you heard from newspaper stand. No law forbids any Nigerian from joining any political party at anytime. Meaning, so far a party sponsor anyone, it's authentic. The law of the land says for a person to be qualify as a candidate to any post, he or she must be sponsor by a political party, Section 131 of the Nigerian Constitution talks about qualification For Election As President and same applies to other posts. I want to challenge you into a debate to quote any section of either the constitution or electoral act that says non-inclusion of candidate name in the membership register is tantamount to disqualification. I challenge you to this if you have the gut. Even the two judgements that oust the two LP members did not quote any section to back their judgement yet.
No law restrict Nigerians joining political party at any time they wishes because the law gives right to freedom of association to citizens of the country. Submission of membership register envisage in the electoral act section 77 never says non inclusion of candidate name is tantamount to disqualification. That section of the act was so silent that no one even know the reason for submission of the membership register. I want you to proof me wrong and quote any relevant laws that support that jakara judgement and stop supporting evil.
I shall be waiting to read that law that support and makes you rejoicing over nothing, if you are not what you called the people of the south east, hateful mind.
Besides, the Nigerian constitution stipulations conditions for disqualification of candidate and non-inclusion in the party register is not part of them. Sections 182 and 137 of the constitution made it abundantly clear what can disqualify a candidate.

APC propaganda machinery on the bit. The will never report the truth of the court proceedings. APC shouldn't happen to us again after their Amoda at the top is sacked.
Hon. Showumi OluSeyi was never sacked the tribunal.

The law limits only INEC to display, compliance with that section doesn't automatically mean valid nomination. It has been decided in the judgement when APM challenged Peter Obi and Labour party.

Technically, it has been decided earlier that those candidates Mr Obi brought to hijack LP were not validly nominated but only an aspirant can request the invalidation of their participation in the election

Same thing will happen to the majority of LP candidates including Peter Obi and GRV. They Joined the party through backdoor.

Jandor yesterday on twitter space said this was the reason he refused to step down for GRV in Lagos. He knew GRV's votes would be wasted.
