An ARENA is designated to just one, or sometimes two sports with very minimal differentiation in structure. For example the picture you show is a football arena. It can be repurposed for field hockey by simply swapping the goal posts. A basketball arena can be quickly converted for volleyball.

Eket sports stadium is far better than this, Uyo town ship stadium maybe be in same class with this. This is just a football playing pitch/training ground for a football club... You can't and shouldn't compare it with a stadium that can be used for track and field events. That stadium can't even host a football game of international standard, but the Akwa Ibom(Godswill Akpabio) and Abuja stadium can host more than just a football game.
