This is international class blocking, although from the pictures it is obvious that the governor was aware but sincerely he owe a disloyal deputy absolutely no apology. It is not a must that when the tenure of a Gov is over his deputy takes over, it is a bad preceding in Nigeria's politics that absolutely should be corrected, deputies are most likely not the Best Governorship candidates.
