I checked internet archive (Pix 1) and found a stored record dated 14 July 2022 (Pix 2). The class of 1979 was missing at this time.

Verdict: It is either Tinubu did not attend Chicago State University or there was no admission in 1979, hence no yearbook of 1979 or it was compromised prior to now. This explains the multiple forged signatures and certificates from various clerks as no evidence of 1979 could be traced anywhere including in USA 🇺🇸.
