CEO of Air Peace, Allen Onyema has said that one of the greatest things holding Nigeria back was the fact Nigeria had not yet attained nationhood and was divided along ethnic, religious and Regional lines more than ever. He said that no Region is willing to uplift another Region as everyone was only interested in sectional interests

He also said that Nigeria can never progress with the current insecurity in the country. He said with Boko haram in the North West, bandits in the North West, killer herdsmen/farmer crises in the North central, criminals taking advantage of sepratist agitations in the South East to cause violence, cultist and ritual killings in tye South West and pirates and militants in the South/South

He also said that the ease of doing business in Nigeria was bad and not encouraging businessmen like himself to expand
