Level 6 workers at most federal government institutions are earning 50k monthly, minimum wage is 30k . If we all wait for government pay then only very few should be in marriage.
Am sure the man is not earning above 100k. The wife should be happy. If she's wise, the calculation should not be based on daily 3k expense rather she should arrange with the husband and make bulk purchase of basic items say 50k at once then the balance 40k can be kept for support.
Most importantly it's wrong for women to sit back and expect everything from their husbands. Even the presidents wife is contributing to her family's daily needs.

Yes all these factors you mentioned are important and if considered will help one advise her accordingly.
