Don't mind them. That's the handiwork of Hope Uzodinma. But he has failed because their appeal court has earlier during the week ruled that nomination of a candidate is a pre election matter and also an internal affair which a member of another political party has no right to challenge.

This is to tell you how inconsistent the Nigerian judiciary can be. Speaking from both sides of their mouth. The judiciary portends the greatest danger to our democracy. They always write judgment for the highest bidder.

Ikenga should simply appeal the matter. Since the appeal court is the highest arbiter in national assembly matters, he should cite their judgment on the presidential election regarding candidates nomination. Let's see how they will contradict themselves again this time around.

you didn't read before you commented, so you won't see that this was in favor of LP.

Our laws should not be this way. People voted for the party. They should not lose that. If INEC couldn't hold election in 54 polling units due to sec reasons, that could have been the same reason they couldn't hold their primaries in ideato. Why's the tribunal in Nasarawa? Same reason.

Exactly! It is a very a senseless ruling.

What concerns Election tribunal with nomination of a candidate of another political party? This ought to be pre-election matter. It would have been those candidates that contested primary election with Ugo that have the right to challenge him concerning the outcome of the primary election at a fed high court and not even the election tribunal. This is miscarriage of justice. The AC will set aside this decision by the tribunal.
