The Dangote refinery that was commissioned by former president Muhammadu Buhari which the product was billed to hit the market before the end of July or Beginning of August. Why is it not yet functional till now and knowing fully well it will not start operation immediately, why did former president Buhari hastily commission the said project giving Nigerians fake hope. |
