My redmi note 10 Pro rebooted itself this evening and when I tried turning it back on it was stuck on the Miui logo.. It'll reboot itself again and will still stuck on the Miui logo and the cycle continues
Please anyone have an idea of what caused it and how to resolve the issue

You migth need to flash
Or change panel
Its called a dead boot

Just press the up volume key and the power off until it pop up reboot then use the volume key to move it to format and that's all, it happens to me several times I have to format

Long press the power button.

It would boot it self back up.

Also ensure your phone is up to date.

You're right although it is a "bootloop" and should normally be fixed with flashing.

A dead boot a more complex/severe problem. In this case, phone will appear to be dead - no power, occasionally vibrating but not turning up the LCD. Common solution for dead boot is motherboard repelacement
