Why don't you just wait for the verdict of the court? The university already confirmed in court that Tinubu graduated from the University. If he did Why then would he have a forged diploma?

What do you expect the University to do? The lawyer clearly stated common sense "we have no original to compare with" why do you expect CSU to confirm admission document issued by another college.

There are three factors to look into:
1. One lady, F, American with a SSN who went to South West/Daley Richard College, whose SSN is public information now. Now late from what i know. Whose name on a public record reads; Gloria B Tinubu.
2. One lady, F, American non SSN immigrant, Boluwatife Abibatu Tinubu, daughter of someone very important in the Tinubu family. Best guess, also late, who used N0 (1) academic credentials to gain admission into CSU. But died in the process, leading the Tinubus (Real Tinubu Family) to source for a loyal person from Nigeria to play some kind of role in their Business (Drug trafficking). This is where our dear Asiwaju came in.
3. Someone we can for convenience sake call "X", Nigerian and visitor to the USA in far back 70s, whose background is unknown, who had other, previous names which he entered USA with, and curiously start answering Bola A Tinubu. "A" could mean either Ahmed or Adekunle.

To unravel the mystery behind "X", CSU must come clean on whether they actually issued results to "X" and which of them among the one he is parading about. Then, who was admitted & with what document the admission was based on. With these steps, the mystery will solve itself.

Expect these findings:
1. There is indeed an American, F, with a SSN now deceased, called Gloria B Tinubu.
2. Another lady called Boluwatife Abibat Tinubu, Nigerian, F, without a SSN, now deceased.
3. The above two can actually claim ownership of the result as public information shows the result belong to a female.
4. The current president of Nigeria, whose election is still been credibly contested is not the same person that was admitted, neither was the same the same person who own the result from CSU. And it now depends on other USA authorities to release what they have on him, starting from his narco forfeiture, down to other sundry documents on his person. According to the FBI, there are as much as 2,500 documents on him. And i believe in his real name! These documents which the FBI pleads to start releasing from Oct will be redated, so that security of persons involved would be thrown to the public. This is not a good time to be an Asiwaju or Jagaban or whatever aliases he now prefers to go with!

But the Tinubu that was admitted into Richard Daley College , whose diploma transcript was used to apply to CSU and who owns the social security number SSN in Richard Daley records is a different Tinubu .

The lawyers should be asking the judge to compel the IRS to validate the identity and gender of the owner of that SSN .

CSU cannot do anything in this regard as this current Tinubu was the one who provided the transcript used to gain admission into their school. He did attend CSU. But which Tinubu was admitted into Richard Daley college ⁉️
