Read some of these cases below and suggest whether our govt should continue wasting tax payers money prosecuting petty crimes when real criminals are out there free from captivity. Or better still, send these petty cases to magistrate courts and decongest our criminal courts. Man in court for allegedly stealing fowls |

If you don't prosecute petty crimes then those who commit petty crimes will graduate and go on to more serious post-grad crime. |
