This is exactly why Nigeria remains in the stone age. And someone would blame colonial masters for the underdevelopment of Nigeria. Anyone can google the sorry state of public schools and hospitals in Cross River. However, the governor is only concerned about having an insta-worthy office, to show off. 5 billion can completely rebuild 100 public elementary and high schools in his state, at N50m each. But nooo, that would be a waste of money, I guess. Nigeria should be renamed the Federal Republic of Misplaced Priorities. |
