Do you just eat what you like whenever or you have a time table drawn which you strictly adhere to?
Re: Time Table For Your Meal? by Fhemmmy: 1:58pm On Oct 18, 2011
I remember my big sister doing this while we were small, and i think it is rubbish . . . . You hungry, make nice meal and be happy.
But in a home where no balance diet is practiced then, it might help

At first i did not see the need for a food time-table, but am beginning to want to have one, because my hubby does not mind eating rice three times a day, 7 times a week, he is just into rice. So I need it because of my little soldier, he has to eat a balanced diet.

We had one then in our kitchen, i grew up to meet it, and until i left the house as a big boy, we still use it, i use it myself too, the same time table passed from generation to generation, the only day i hated most was Monday Evening where we had to eat YAM,

Meal Time Table all the way cos it helps for food planning and balanced diet,
Re: Time Table For Your Meal? by freecocoa(f): 10:26am On Oct 20, 2011
When mum was still around,we had one and strictly followed it,it was plastered on the kitchen door.
I personally don't have time to keep to a meal timetable, that's why I thank God everyday for the makers of noodles and beverages.

Eat anything, anytime jare.
Didn't grow up with a strict timetable.  Besides there had to be variety of food because we all didn't eat the same thing.

Wednesday: Morning = beans with pap, Lunch = Garri, Dinner = jollof or fried rice
Thursday: Morning= Rice, Lunch = Garri, Dinner = Moimoi with ogi
Friday: Morning = Moimoi and ogi or akara, Lunch = Garri or abacha ncha(tapioca) Dinner = vegetable or egg stew yam
Saturday: tea with egg and bread for breakfast, lunch = beans porridge, dinner = garri with new soup or abacha
Sunday; Akara and ogi or tea or fried plantain or potato, lunch; ukwa or rice and then dinner garri and soup!!
