Here in Kano state Case, over 165,000 votes were deducted from the NNPP votes bcoz the ballot papers were not Stamped and Signed.

It's normal for ballot papers to be stamped, signed and dated by the INEC Presiding Officer.

Those over 165,000 votes were for NNPP and the Tribunal is right to have deducted it.

Normally, INEC Presiding Officer has the responsibility to sign, date, and stamp ballot papers before issuing it to every voter on election day.

Those 165,663 votes were subject of rigging and are therefore invalid.
