For it to be truly GENERAL and thorough investigation anywhere in the world, in a situation like MOHBAD's that's filled with controversy, the paternal truth of his kid has to be verified to give an insight into the nature of relationship he shared with his woman and the type of wife she is. but the family can raise it before mohbad estate transfers to his offspring.DNA must be done to confirm the authenticity of his inheritance.

Impossible under law! Once it is established that he acknowledged peternity which is obvious, except the mother agrees she should would never, nobody can approach the court for any nonsense DNA!
As for his estate, it passes to his wife even before his child. See Lagos State Administration of Estate Law.

This will be challenged in court of law for better interpretation. The family may request for the DNA before acceptance or to bear the surname and I am very sure the court will honour such request hence. Do Mohbad and his wife did a court wedding? If No so nothing for her

To bear their name? What law is that pls? Mohbad named that boy and nobody can change his name!

Secondly, the administration of estate law states SPOUSE! Weather court married or traditional married. Spouse, then children then parents.

Mohbad had a wife, he's estate automatically passes to her upon his death.

No court will allow anyone random person question the perternity of a child who's father while alive accepted wholeheartedly. That's discrimination.
