I may not particularly like Otti's system of administration,but truth be told,Aba people voted massively for him.

Most times, people think Tribunal judges are magicians who supposed to know or reason along with their sentiment and emotion.

Judges deliver judgement based on evidence available before it.

Just look at Kano state Case. NNPP were overconfident about it and they thought nothing would happen. I think they know better now that there's fire on the mountain.

Electoral Law 2022 require that ballot papers are to be stamped, signed, and dated by the INEC Presiding Officer on the day of election before it's issued to the voters. NNPP 165,633 votes failed this condition.

Same Electoral Law 2022 require however, that ballot papers may not be stamped, signed, and dated by the INEC Presiding Officer if all the Party Agents consented that the condition should be waived and used like that.

The question is:

i) Was there such agreement or consent of all the Party Agents to waive the condition?

ii) How come all the 165,663 ballot papers not stamped, signed, and dated were found in one local council and all voted for NNPP only?

NNPP failed to defend this rather they called only one witness (as if the issue wasn't a serious one) who wasn't sure of what he was saying under cross examinations.

I doubt NNPP success in its appeal.
