Ojukwu never saw any combat?! That's the greatest lie I've heard since I was born.
At the Umuahia battle he was the last soldier to leave the town when the NA took over after a fierce battle.
As for corruption, no Nigerian official or office has ever accused Ojukwu of corruption. God knows where you got your false narratives from.
Instead, Ojukwu used his father's money to prosecute the war.

As for the execution, the Biafra High Command was behind it. Ojukwu had no power over that. His brother-in-law was among the suspects so there was no way he could be judge in that case.

Victor Banjo was tried by a military tribunal along with Ifeajuna, Alale and Agbam, three Igbo men, and all 4 were found guilty of treason and executed

He talks about how all 4 men were secretly recorded at Progress Hotel Enugu, plotting on how to arrest Ojukwu and negotiate with Nigeria. How Ifeajuna was arrested with the plans still on the jotter in his pocket

The transcripts of the trial are in the book, how Victor Banjo denied being involved only for him to collapse when the progress hotel tape was played at the tribunal. The evidence was overwhelming and all 4 men were executed
