A court can't investigate on the reason for impeachment neither can they stop an impeachment, they can only null an impeachment if the assembly didn't follow the Constitutional process. Akeredolu was indisposed and had to go out of the country for proper medical attention.. Constitution of Nigeria dictates that he hands over to his Deputy to take charge while he is away, which is exactly what happened in his absence.
Or were they expecting the Governor's wife to be the one in charge while the Deputy Governor of the State takes directives from her?.. This is pure madness and Ondo people must call their state lawmakers to order.

We thank God Mr. Akeredolu is back and we wish him full recovery but we condemn the impeachment move against the Deputy Governor in the strongest of terms.

zBut , that's the ruling of the court presently . Judicial decisions cannot be subjected to any further interpretations .It is more or less a law itself .The court must be obeyed .
